Sorry we haven’t posted for a while! Things have been going crazy! Our new website is nearly complete and we hope to have it up next week. In the meantime, here are a few little marketing pieces on which we have been working.

A journalistic style was an absolute must to capture the feel for Ann and Francois this past weekend in Minneapolis. “Timeless Elegance” is how we describe the combination of the journalistic style with a vintage and muted look to the photographs.

This style of capture is very unobtrusive and hardly anyone realizes you are around taking photographs! It is a lot of fun and results in unexpected surprises for the Bride and Groom when they see their images.

WOW! What a great time we had! Thank you so much for inviting us to participate in your beautiful day! Your family and friends are as genuine as they come and we were honored to meet each and everyone of them. Here are a few quick picks from more than 4000 photographs we shot on Saturday. A very long day, but very well worth it!

Had the greatest time photographing Tim and Corinne at Iverson Park in Stevens Point! Even though our time was limited, with both of our cameras going, we managed to fire off over 500 photographs in about one hour! It sure was tough picking out a few for the blog!

Tim and Corinne are just one of those wonderful couples who are very relaxed and photograph quite well and we just couldn’t stop shooting. Thanks for a great time and your kind words. We really appreciate it!

Had kept our calendar clear for the Fourth of July weekend so we could have a bit of fun. Went out and did a bit of photography for ourselves and had a great time with a bit of post-processing!

It is hard to say anything except WOW when you get a chance to photograph inside the perfect little chapel in the middle of the Rocky Mountains! We absolutely loved the entire area!

These are the first images out of the new lightbox we made. We had a jewelry shoot and needed to make some upgrades to our current setup. The graduated background is actually a PVC backdrop. The jewelry itself could not be manipulated in Photoshop and everything needed to be in camera (per customer’s request). This made the shoot a bit more difficult but manageable once you got the background, focus, exposure, lighting and highlights correct!

Had quite a bit of fun doing something a little different!

Did a bit of playing around with a couple of images from Mikal and Amy’s session last week. The first one is an extreme high key image and the second is one of our composites with a bit of a twist. Somewhat of a deviation from tradition.
